The Sumac Ridge Wind project ( Bethany/ Ballyduff Rd.area ) has progressed to the next stage of the government process known as Approval :
A message from Manvers Wind Concerns…
We now have 15 days to appeal this decision and have given instructions to legal counsel to do so. We note that the 15th day is Christmas Day and we hope your provincial government will agree to an extension to appeal. The appeal will be filed regardless.
Make no mistake . We will now fight this decision with all of the legal and regulatory means at our disposal. Once again, I would ask that people consider further contributions to the Manvers Wind Concerns Legal Fund.
Clearly, this is a dark hour for us all…….but remember it can be darkest before the dawn. Keep fighting !
Let one project in……let them all in. The carpet bombing begins. We will need Pontypool, Bethany, and Cavan to come together as one.
